The product is a dashboard app that manages, collects and evaluates the health of your digital assets.  Any financial asset that is digital and  not linked to direct real world resources could be monitored from the dashboard,  including crypto coins.

Position: Senior IT Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of the underlying principles of Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
  • A strong functional understanding of all the key components of the Orb. Being able set up the right tooling for the team. 
  • Understanding the key difference between estimation and commitment
  • Maintaining a high-level snapshot of the advancement of each product with appropriate report / dashboard view to management
  • Strong project management / scrum mastering skills
  • A workflow already exists within the team for synchronisation and prioritisation. The PM should be able to explain it, and identify potential improvements proactively ahead of time
  • Ceremony animation: PM shall be able to host the ceremonies for the Orb. (setting the ceremony, preparing the agenda, ensuring key people are present, driving the meeting (time keeping, maintaining focus, etc.) and summarising it afterwards (at least for big ceremonies)
  • Proactively and strongly communicate with the team and outside regarding blockers, status and next steps. PM shall identify each key people for the different teams and explain their roles
  • The PM is expected to drive the developers to respect and follow the agreed working practices in Notion etc.
  • Proven software development background and proven success in complex technical environments
  • Proven delivery of program management in complex technical context
  • An exceptional proactive and engaging communicator
  • Tireless energy and positive attitude to drive delivery across multiple geographically spread teams
  • Confident ability to drive technical team delivery, calling out roadblocks
  • Strong understanding of and practical delivery of agile and best practice project management methodologies to manage complex technical projects
  • At least 7-9 years of PM experience
