The European Senior Financial Analyst’s main objectives are to partner with the European Business Functions and support the Country Finance teams to standardise processes across the region.

He (she) supports the Country Finance teams by encouraging sharing of best practice and driving standardisation of Factory models, to ensure compliance with the overall Group strategy.

Working as part of the European Finance team, another key aspect of this role is the continuous improvement of financial processes and the underlying data within the systems.

A key objective is the monthly analysis of Regional financial performance, supporting the review and inspection of month-end performance and ensuring that Country submissions are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

The EU Senior Financial Analyst will work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a member of a team, collaborating with colleagues throughout the European region and with Global colleagues (both from Group and other Regional teams). The individual will contribute and develop ideas to improve the processes as required, whilst continuously improving their own competence levels and demonstrating a strong commitment to learning.

Working at NTT

Specific focus for this role is to support the European Finance Director. Responsibilities include the following:Leading Business Projects to enhance business value.Interfacing with the business to develop systems.Liaison with Group and Factories.Supporting the EU finance community.

Identify best practices across the newly integrated businesses to maximise synergies.

Support the EU Reporting team and countries in meeting month-end and budgeting deadlines.

Experience & Knowledge

Qualified Business Professional with some years’ experience.

Experience in IT or professional services organisation.

Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment.

Highly proficient with MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Power BI.

Good understanding of financial tools and systems.
