A Day in the Life

  • Capture education requests from business clients. Involve the relevant production team and ensure requests are fulfilled.

  • Manage the whole education project life cycle including scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, updates, communications, rehearsals, and review.

  • Create and manage the education activity and associated assets, in the Learning Management System (LMS) administration and other tools within the Digital Education ecosystem.

  • Manage education activity enrolments / registrations and withdrawals, as required by the event owner.

  • Extract and pass on reports to track education activity registrations and attendance.

  • Support stakeholders on accessing and using core functionality of delivery platforms and tools.

  • Digital education cross-selling and promotion of MEDLI services.

  • Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum 6 years’ deep technical experience supporting digital education and training, using a range of tools and features (e.g., Totara, Blackboard, Cornerstone, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoom) and other systems experience (e.g., Business/Event Operations/CMS/CRM, Support, etc.).

  • Extensive Operational experience, preferably in an educational context.

  • Experience designing and delivering technical and process training.

  • Consultancy skills, especially in the context of online education (training or events).

  • English (C1) – Written and Spoken.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong analytical thinking skills – good at troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues.

  • Proactive, agile, and flexible. Willing to quickly step in, step up and contribute to process improvement.

  • Quick learner. Willing to learn new applications and tools.

  • Able to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical colleagues.

  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable.

  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a team and across a decentralized, global organization.

  • Customer-centric. Makes the connection between own remit and the greater purpose of the business.

  • Nice to Haves

  • Relevant experience in any digital field (online learning, education design, instructional design, digital design, digital events management, or production).

  • Current MOODLE or Totara certification.

  • Another European language.
