Provide legal, contractual & administrative support throughout contract life cycle (analysis, review, drafting, negotiation flow-down, interpretation of contracts & all related documents, dispute resolution), in assigned areas of responsibility;
Negotiate sourcing contracts (long-term purchasing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, etc.) with Honeywell’s suppliers in EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India) in conjunction with Honeywell’s EMEAI Sourcing & Procurement business team (multiple Strategic Business Units – primarily Performance Materials & Technologies, Safety & Productivity Solutions, and Aerospace;
Identify & mitigate legal risks connected with non-standard conditions & proposed changes in contractual documents;
Develop & maintain a productive work relationship with assigned internal customers & stakeholders (Sourcing & Procurement commodity managers, leadership and peers), ensuring top-class service & high customer satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures applicable to contracts management; incl. liaising with the Law department & other relevant functions for review & approval of nonstandard terms;
Focus on constant improvement in speed, quality & efficiency of contract formation & management;
Support Law & Contracts’ strategic initiatives & projects.
Legal education background;
3+ years relevant experience with international law firm or multinational corporation;
Experience in contracts management & negotiation, project management & multitasking skills;
Excellent knowledge of English language, including knowledge of legal and business terminology;
Strong integrity & focus on compliance with internal standards and rules;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Knowledge of other languages (German, Russian, French) is an advantage
