JOB DESCRIPTION Our Solution Support team is looking for a new team member.You will provide application support & deployment, ensuring maximum availability and minimal disruption, to a range of fully home-grown to fully outsourced integration-layer solutions. You will have chance to work with old and new platforms and see how these allow the DPDHL group to deliver millions of items worldwide, on time, every time.The position reports to the Manager of the Business Reporting & Data Integration support team and it is open to candidates who are located in Czech Republic, Malaysia and India. What you will do: • Event, incident and problem resolution, perform changes during and outside hours, all according to the ITIL best practices as well as the DPDHL policies and standard; • Participate in the on-call rotation with the other members in the team to resolve emergencies and complete all planned Technical Acceptance Test and Releases to Production with no unexpected disruption; • Actively drive more complex projects such as technical refresh of hardware and software, onboarding/offboarding of solutions, collaborating effectively with your team as well as developers, project managers and other stakeholders; • Provide estimates, impact analysis and risk assessment where needed, in particular in response to complex activities and potential security issues; • Proactively identify and coordinate improvement initiatives that can benefit team and customer, in particular in terms of system documentation and automation.
