We are looking for experienced (Senior) Scrum Master who will join the team of our direct Client from the UK to co-create together with our growing team a product based on new technologies and modern tools for a leader in its industry.  
What you’ll be doing: 
  • In a nutshell – working on an insurance modeling product for the insurance and financial industry. 
  • Support the team and the Client to build a better understanding of Agile best practices  
  • Lead the Sprint ceremonies  
  • Resolving obstacles, setting up and supporting scrum artifacts  
  • Verifying scrum metrics, and preparing reports 
  • Implementing Scrum of Scrums: being a part of Scrum Masters team working on the same backlog towards common goal 
You will be the best fit if you have: 
  • At least 4+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, 
  • In depth knowledge of agile methods and techniques (e.g. SCRUM on team level, SAFe on project level), 
  • Experience in an agile-driven facilitator role towards senior stakeholders in international, multicultural organization, 
  • In depth knowledge of an agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps), 
  • Excellent English language skills in written and spoken. 
  • Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations is a plus.
