A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for supporting the Western Europe Sales Operations strategies by reinforcing the Salesforce.com CRM adoption through creation of dedicated training initiatives, adoption metrics, data management and admin requests. This function will also be supporting SalesForce.com adoption and usage through reporting and analytics. You will be actively contributing to enhancement and improvement of the tool to support business needs right way. The individual will be part of the Commercial Excellence Department and will need to work closely with the Western Europe Commercial Operations Team, Marketing, Sales Teams and IT Department and can work from Czech republic, Netherland – Heerlen or Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive CRM adoption through data management, regular reinforcement of the CRM concepts and metrics and strong connection to business
  • Work across a matrix organization on various initiatives, developments, testing
  • Work together with Commercial Excellence organization on gathering bussiness requirements from countries under responsibility and translate those into system solutions
  • Regular admin support to the countries under area of responsibility, different levels of stakeholders
  • Create various reports in SFDC or outside using SFDC data (via Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Create various training materials and perform training classes (virtual or classroom, depending on the business need) across various businesses and countries
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Must Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of SalesForce.com Lightning instance (Classic instance is plus)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is mandatory
  • Orientation to detail, organization skills
  • Problem solving, proactive approach and inquisitive personality with ability to see a solution
  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced business environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with ability to handle large sets of data and understanding of how to best utilize the data in the most efficient way
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office Excel
  • Nice to Haves

  • VBA, PowerBI, Tableau, MS Access are a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, EIS Business, Economics or Finance
  • 1 year of experience in sales / commercial / business analytics
  • Experience in delivering training (Virtual or In-Class) is highly preferable
  • Sales process understanding is a big plus
  • Additional languages are an advantage
