Better starts and ends with the customer
You’ll be responsible for providing support to our Foreign Exchange (FX) team in Prague by meeting their sales objectives. We’ll look to you to proactively provide the necessary sales reporting, helping with lead sourcing, promotions and events, to allow the team to prioritize their time with customer contact. You would be supporting the team with preparing contracts and monitoring customer on-boarding. For this role, you will utilise Microsoft Excel and Salesforce extensively. Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will ensure all relevant information is accurate, completed correctly, and provide direct client support when needed.
Relevant experience in supporting business teams is welcome, ideally within the B2B financial services sector, with a real passion for excellence in customer service. You are a team player and can establish effective relationships and partnerships with ease. You will be confident using the Microsoft suite of products and ideally have previous experience using the Salesforce platform. For this role, a university degree is preferred. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English languages.
