The Top Line

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will ensure that all sales order processing activities are performed correctly and in timely manner with the most effective logistics solution and in order to meet the business requirements.

This role will report to the Sales Support Manager Czech/Slovakia/Southeast Europe within the Sales Business Operations Europe function.

Our new colleague will communicate with customers, with the Sales & Marketing department, with Supply Planning department and with any other internal departments to ensure that order & delivery handling issues are managed correctly and timely.

In Detail

  • Manage sales order processing, including delivery notes and corrections

  • Investigate pricing claim and issue Credit/Debit Notes

  • Investigate, resolve and complete transport disputes

  • Handle and process special pricing conditions directly on order-lines (Manual discounts on orders)

  • Re-pricing on order level after central set-up of additional special pricing conditions

  • Commitment release from reservation orders, shortage allocation to orders, manual modification of allocation on order level

  • Manage and request allocations on order level

  • Assist in ensuring logistics support to dealers: Delivery creation, Requested Delivery Dates adjustment and Delivery slot management (by accounts)

  • Follow up and monitor actual deliveries to each customer, sorting out documentation or any other shipment related issues, including delivery claims, returns to central warehouse and transport disputes (Missing, Over-delivery, Damage…)

  • File and archive all necessary order/credit/transport documentation and approvals

  • Participate in projects related to sales support activities including specifying requirements, performing tests and checking results of implementation

  • Act as back-up for other members of Sales Support department in the region

  • Escalate issues in order to improve SAP performance and participate in testing phases

  • Who you are

  • Completed secondary education

  • Fluent English and fluent in Czech/Slovak

  • Good organisational skills

  • Good command of MS Office – strong Excel skills

  • Technical and analytical skills with ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

  • Team player

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
