We are currently looking for our new  Sales Operations Analyst EMEA Distribution , based in Prague.

Purpose of the job:

The Sales Operation Analyst role supports the Senior Sales Operations Analyst and Distributors Channel Director on all activities related to Pricing, Forecasting, Tenders and other Sales Operations’ activities, which are related to commercial management of EMEA distribution.
Region in scope: CIS, Middle East and Africa, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Cyprus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Malta.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Contracts
  • o Coordination of due diligence process;
    o Interacting with the different parts of the organization to proactively update and renew existing contracts;
    o Preparation of the drafts of new agreements and addendums in close collaboration with Legal Team;
    o Preparation of the tender authorization documents, specifications, information letters ;

  • Pricing
  • o Support Senior Sales Operations Analyst with the preparation of annual price lists for the distributors in close cooperation with Controlling, Technical Service and Credit Management Teams;
    o Support Senior Sales Operations Analyst with the official pricing registration, pricing renewal procedures
    o Ad hoc price analysis and assessments;
    o Strong collaboration with Data Management and Customer Service Teams on price updates in SAP system;

  • Tenders
  • o Support the distributors with the preparation of the tender specifications and authorizations

  • Forecasting
  • o Coordination regular SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) cycles with EMEA distributors;
    o Working with EMEA distributors to increase the forecast accuracy;

  • Market Analytics and Reporting
  • o Support Senior Sales Operations Analyst with regular pricing and secondary sales reporting;
    o Other ad-hoc reports;

  • Business reviews
  • o Support the Distributors Channel Director by preparing market analysis for the business reviews;

  • Other tasks
  • o Sending out the balance reports to the distributors on the monthly basis and close follow-up in case of any overdue amounts;
    o Support Controlling Team with calculation of the credit notes, which should be issued in line with the Agreement terms ( discounts, bonuses)
    o Monitoring Product Supply risks and connected impact on the markets in close collaboration with Supply Chain Team

    o Support the Senior Sales Operations Analyst with the preparation of the business cases and GO/NO GO forms for the product launches 
    o Provide the distributors with the available marketing brochures, support with the organization of the congresses/workshops
    o Deal with internal and external auditors 
    o Ad hoc tasks



  • A Business Degree is preferred
  • Experience:

  • Experience with data analysis, sales reporting 
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PC application
  • SAP knowledge is a plus 
  • Proven knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in English and Russian
