We are recruiting for Sales Engineer to support existing and new customers with their Unified Communications and Contact Centre needs throughout CIS region (Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan).
A senior level expert that supports large engagements and knowledge transfer at the Area or Operation level.
Assists and/or leads with identification and documentation of Business Partner and customer business needs and proposing company products and services to meet those needs and desired customer and Business Partner outcomes
Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
Broad technical understanding of adjacent technologies and industry trends
Adeptly applies business experience, best practices, financial and relationship selling tactics to win large projects
Comfortable, articulate, convincing and poised around senior level customer influencers and leadership.
Able to document complex solution designs
Roadmap Presentations leveraging SME team content to brief partner sales and engineers on Mitel Solution positioning, competitive landscape and feature enhancements
Facilitate appropriate Mitel technical resource for partner/industry events e.g. VMUGs
Provides Solution Demos to customers and partners on Mitel solutions and to verify desired features & functionalities
Supports Distribution Channel enablement, training and opportunity support
Intimate knowledge of large enterprise ITC- architectures and implementations.
Plans and leads proof-of-concept, trials and demonstrations, often with integration of large-scaled, complex and distributed enterprise software and ISV solutions.
Expert level on industry and product roadmaps.
Must be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, customers and Mitel corporate organizations. Often sought after as lead speaker at industry, internal, customer or partner seminars.
Education: Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
Possesses Mitel platform and applications certifications
Mitel product experience or applicable experience in competitor’s Unified Communications or Contact Center offerings is required.
Has experience with very large scale and complex communication system architectures, applications, customers, partners and implementations.
Fluent in Russian and English language
