Your main goal will be owning all the activities at the top of the sales funnel. To be successful in this role you must be able to organize the data in such a way that prospects move from  cold leads to marketing qualified leads ( MQL). Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operation the focus of this team is on all activities supporting revenue growth through sales, marketing and customer success. The primary focus of this role is running activities focused on scalable top of the funnel lead generation and being part of a bigger team that focuses on moving leads through the sales process. In this role, you will get a good overview of all activities related to producing more revenue for the company. The primary focus being the top of the funnel activities.

 

 

What you will do

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, is comfortable working with diverse types of data, and is a master of time management. Additionally, experience working across operations functions would be of benefit

  • Support the revops team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns – a typical day might look like: 
    • Understanding how to acquire and move leads through the top of the funnel.
      • Checking and connecting with Linkedin connections to maximize credits
      • Use tools such as Sales navigator and Leadjet to continue to build on the data in HubSpot
    • Focus on designing simple campaigns to activate the leads and nurture prospects
      • Following up on the progress and assessment of current CRM campaigns
    • Constantly trying to disrupt your own workflow to find automations and optimizations to service a larger amount of data.
    • Daily social media monitoring and posting on Senior leadership Linkedin pages
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
    • Including landing pages
    • Trade show giveaways
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events – pre and post 
    • Source speaking opportunity and industry events for leadership
    • Coordinate pre and post conference activities, collect attendee lists and do outreach 
    • Send webinar invites through HubSpot and track attendance
  • Evaluate data in HubSpot and create reports on KPI’s to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
  • Work as a part of a larger revenue operations team and collaborate on a variety of sales and marketing activities that are focused on sales and lead generation

Qualifications for Revenue Operations Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM – specifically on behalf of sales teams
  • 1+ years of experience collaborating with or working directly with HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
  • Project management and/or consulting experience a strong plus
  • Experience partnering with Sales Operations a plus
  • Desire to work across multiple teams, often switching contexts to keep projects moving forward in parallel

  • Necessary – You are self-managed and can work asynchronously – since the managers are likely to be in different timezones.
