Job purpose of Sales Development Manager is to enable long term profitable growth in the region through making sure the Field Sales organisation has top class sales management, sales processes, sales tools and market intelligence established. Responsibilities
Being responsible with the whole sales of the SC, Applicant needs to drive Sales Excellence across the organisation which involves establishing sales management, processes and tools:
Sales management – ensure the organization has the right forums, cadence, KPl’s and agenda to lead the sales work
Processes – ensure that efficient sales processes are well established including Pipeline Management, Account Strategies etc.
Tools – interact with EMEA stakeholder to make sure we have modern and well-known IT tools in place to support sales work
Responsible for sales co marketing and new business development actvities linked to the CEE 5 year growth plan and growth of the pipeline
Represent the company in new account development meetings interfacing with senior customer leadership in identifying growth opportunities across the portfolio
Act as a key interface between the groups and divisions aligning the sales co with new product introductions, growth expectations and act as the conduit to articulate what is required to grow in CEE
Focus growth activities in key areas by providing market intelligence and facilitating Strategic Sales planning:
Market intelligence – lead work to collect and share market intelligence data about growth areas, competitors, new customers
Strategic Sales Planning – organize work to develop/maintain a regional Growth plan and support teams in deployment
Lead the team of “SALES Development” to make sure the resource is focused on the right priorities:
Sales Development – coordinate, develop and lead Sales Development Engineering function
Skills – organize continuous work to develop strong selling skills in the organization
Sales trends – follow sales trends and support digitalization of sales work
Management – Be part of the SC Management team and support actions to develop the overall organization
Sales Promotion – support sales promotion plans through Strategic Marketing Leader
Work closely with other leadership members to plan, execute and handover new business specifications as part of the pipeline growth iniaitive
Act as a member of SCCEE Management Team to lead and support all activities, contribute the decisions to make company achive KPIs Qualifications
Experience in sales and marketing leadership in the relevant markets at least for 8 years
Deep knowledge of our business, the market and competition activity
A good understanding of Parker operating systems
Motivational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Very good at developing network
Keen on working on new technologies
Very strong analytical skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to combine strategic vision with a short-term results oriented approach
Ability to conduct meetings, but also coaching and training sessions
