Meaningful Work From Day One
This position serves key stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, Sales and Trade marketing to ensure not only that sales and related entries are properly and timely booked but also to provide insightful analysis and reporting. This position will often serve as the front line point of contact for customer related financial issues/questions.
What You Can Expect
Management and Controlling of all prices and discounts (incl. Trade marketing)
Maintenance of all pricing master data within the ERP
Frequent Co-operation with key stakeholders from other departments in the company(Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure the right pricing and discount implementation
Budgets monitoring in close collaboration with all key stakeholders
Development and maintenance of all related processes
Project work to handle and improve the contractual Terms & conditions to the trade
Further implementation and development of ERP SAP with regards to all Sales and
FP&A related processes
Commercial contracts management
Sales bonuses for customers – post, clear and reconcile accruals – in the Rebate Tool
Sell-out based price promotions – calculate, post, clear and reconcile accruals
Free goods for on trade – calculate, post, clear and reconcile accrual
What You Bring to the Table
High School/GED/Secondary School; College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Accounting, Finance or similar
Several years of experience in sales & credit control, cash application, & accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)
Financial / ERP System – SAP (FI/CO/BW)
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of accounts receivable, cash application and credit management.
Strong Analytical skills and attention to details
Fluent in Czech and English
