Location: Prague

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst. YOU will be responsible for ensuring that strong internal controls are in place in order to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings. You will perform accurate and timely month-end reporting activities and meet all corporate and regional deadlines.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Independent ownership of month-end closing activities for the country in scope – accurate preparation, reviewing of monthly journal entries, and account reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts related to analytics
  • Solid understanding of inter-departmental and cross-team process dependencies
  • Responsible for the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements
  • Build a strong awareness of the local business and close cooperation with local teams
  • Support Team Lead with requests from audit (internal and PWC)
  • Manage ad hoc one-time requests,
  • Support Automation and Finance improvement initiatives, implementation within revenue process in the team
  • Participate in projects as/when required
  • Demonstrate communication and teamwork daily
  • Qualifications

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 year(s) working experience
  • Basic accounting & good financial knowledge
  • Good understanding of the Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • MS Office literacy (Advanced MS Excel knowledge required Basic ERP knowledge (SAP)
  • Proficient level of written and oral English
  • Persistent/committed and able to work under time pressure
  • Organized/ time-oriented and output-driven
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
