What is this job about?

In this position as Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their reservations, ensuring great customer experience.

On a daily basis, you will answer questions, advise clients on their reservations and solve claims.

Your challenges

  • Manage the check-in and check-out of clients
  • Make room reservations and ensure payments procedures are running smoothly
  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Maintain the hotel systems up to date
  • Process guest inquiries
  • Sort our reservations queries, complaints and billing issues
  • Advise clients by email and phone

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level in English (C1) and Upper-Intermediate level (B2) in German
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (including customer service roles)
  • Great MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of reservation systems or willingness to learn!
  • Excellent communication skills
