Location: Prague
Contract: full time, limited contract for 12 months
The R2P Specialist role supports on the operational activities of SOX and Audit reporting supporting their delivery in an accurate and timely manner. Ensuring completion of Master Data requests and the manual bank payment approval process in coordination with other team members. Collaborate with other R2P specialists to set-up standard methodologies and a most effective way of working.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Run and investigate SOX compliance reports for given country scope in cooperation with local finance and AP analysts
Timely and accurately handle audit requests. Collaborate with external & internal auditors and accomplish all assigned tasks as per their requirements
Review ad hoc SOX compliance & other R2P related reports and play a key role in Credit Note Recovery (Dunning) process
Approval of bank payments for countries in scope as a part of Manual Bank Payments Process
Process key and other associated reconciliations, follow ups on outstanding items
Perform approval steps and controls in the Vendor Master Data process
Actively participate in R2P meetings to encourage cooperation related to troubleshooting and experience sharing
Periodical review of process instructions and ensuring updates are being reflected
Work with R2P Specialist Team Lead, R2P Senior Specialist on projects to support inbound processes and improve process adherence and efficiency
Qualifications
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Economics)
At least two years of experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment
Understanding the Accounts Payables process and PO life cycle in a corporate environment
Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative
Analytical and communication skills, eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with focus on Excel and analytics
Very good interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams and levels across the Organization
Proficient in English (written and oral)
Persistent/committed and able to work under time pressure
Have the ability to drive actions, be organized/goal and time oriented and output driven
