About the role

As a Release Manager, you help clients engineering teams to deliver value and solutions to its external and internal customers in an agile model by enabling efficient, scalable, and repeatable release management operations.

The successful candidate is a person with Release management experience and cross-group collaborations skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize work against multiple deadlines and the ability to direct teams to success.

The ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are essential.

Our ideal candidate

• Good/relevant experience in Release management

• Plan, Schedule, coordinate and Manage release pipelines across product lines and engineering teams

• Manages and mitigates risks and resolves issues regarding release quality and schedule.

• knowledge of Organization SDLC, Change Management and or Program Management methods, approaches, and tools.

• The role requires release and deployment planning & execution, Driving Release automation by enforcing DevOps policies & environment engineering.

• Should have excellent reporting skills to Middle/Senior Management

• The role requires in general good communication / stakeholder's management skills and build strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in an onsite/offshore model.

• Knowledge in Cloud computing and CI/CD concept/Phenomena

• Education background in Computer Science or equivalent

• Good to Have Veeva/Salesforce Admin & flosum knowledge.
