Protect and support Danone’s business, innovations and assets by designing and implementing the optimal regulatory framework, according to country regulations, Company policies and CBU specific needs. Build awareness of Laws and Danone policies related to products and corporate matters.

Main responsibilities and KPIs:

• Ensure keeping Regulatory processes (labelling, artwork validation, communication with claims validation, product registration, etc
• Ensure comprehensive and on-going knowledge of emerging trends and subjects with potential impact on business objectives (Risks and Opportunities) for:

• Product / Food Law & Regulations (Composition, Registration, Labelling, Food safety)
• Consumer, Advertising Law & Regulations (Claims, benefits, promotions)
• Regulatory Advocacy. Support CA team, when needed

• Implement the Regulatory Strategy based on business objectives and context;
• Develop and cultivate collaborations with regulatory organizations stakeholders, self-regulatory groups and industry stakeholders;
• Support the Quality & Food Safety (QFS) team in regards to implementation of Food Safety principles by monitoring and/or assessing applicable regulations, guidelines or policies concerning products, provide Regulatory expertise; as needed.
• Ensures local implementation of the BMS (Breastmilk Substitutes) Policy - Ensures a high level of conformity and ethics in regards to in-scope products and activities, in line with regulations and internal policies
• Be a confident team leader (1 subordinate)

Ideal profile:

• Ability to prioritize and lead action plan with pragmatism

• Languages: Czech (at a native speaker level), English (advanced speaker)
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• 3+ years of experience in similar position at an international company (FMCG/Pharma)
