The Regional Programme Manager will have full accountability for operational excellence, governance, and delivering the services as specified in the scope of work of the client account, in accordance with the Master Service Agreement.
Understanding the client’s needs and being able to adapt to them whilst transforming and managing the account are paramount. Identifying opportunities through in-depth discussions and client knowledge a must.
Working with and across multiple internal and client stakeholders, in several countries (focusing on but not limited to Romania, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic), it is key that all services are delivered in a consistent and highly professional manner and that there is full compliance with agreed Master Services Agreement, policies, and standards across the client account.
This position will serve as the dedicated Point of Contact for our client, as well as for Securitas country teams in all matters related to the implementation of the agreed deliverables.
Strategic account management and client engagement:
- Responsible for the overall security programme delivery and contract compliance to the international client, delivering the full contractual requirements as specified within the Master Services Agreements, policies and agreed standards;
- Build an excellent multi- layered relationship with the client at their corporate HQ as well as in all countries in current and future scope of the contract;
- Ensure that there is an open, honest, proactive and innovative approach to the relationship at all levels within the client’s organisation;
- Ensure compliance to contractual sustainability initiatives, working with the countries to have this valid and updated as per agreed deliverables;
- Support GCE to identify a pipeline of future business opportunities with the client across the account.
Operational Excellence:
- Control in detail the implementation, compliance and reporting of the contractual KPI’s and SLA’s;
- Together with the account teams and the service delivery managers, ensure that all projects and transition processes are monitored closely to keep to deadlines and original objectives;
- Participate, prepare and facilitate all operational/ strategic meetings with clients;
- Manage escalations: work with the local account teams to identify root cause, prepare action plans and initiatives to mitigate re-occurrence;
- Ability to build and implement a full account plan whilst successfully project managing various business streams.
Commercial:
- Point of contact for any new requests/reductions, working with local teams to provide this in a timely manner;
- Support local teams to obtain the contractual price increases;
- For any permanent increase/decreases to scope of work, liaise with GCE to ensure contractual updates as needed;
- Project manage new sales within the account.
Leadership & Relationship building:

- Ensure all staff are trained in all Securitas and client policies, tools, key systems and procedures and that they have undertaken the training necessary for their role;
Work closely with Securitas country management and account team to foster excellent relationships and sharing of best practice.

- Fluent in speaking and writing in English;
- Experience in Account Management;
- University degree or equivalent (Master’s degree in economics preferred);
- Flexible and innovative approach with excellent communication skills;
- Experience in project management in multiple regions and/or countries;
- Experience with mobilization/transitioning of complex contracts;
- Senior Management experience.
