As a Recruiter for Medtronic you will establish yourself as a talent advisor with stakeholders and be a candidate ambassador that will deliver best hiring experience. You will have an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders thus you will demonstrate impeccable communication skills to build trusted relationship and show confidence in bringing best practice to every step of the recruiting process. You will be responsible for attracting top talents within but not limited to specialists and managerial level talents within Finance, Analytics, HR.
