Project / Change Manager

Purpose of the job:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change / Project Manager to join HH Global on a fixed term contract basis until the end of April 2024 to manage an exciting business transformation project within our Prague business.


The successful project manager will have demonstrable experience of managing change and complex business transformation projects. A recognised project management qualification is advantageous with experience of managing projects with a high level of technology involvement (including Warehouse Management Systems and SAP) desirable.


The project manager will maintain a view of all aspects of the project, ensuring that project documentation is kept up to date, creating and maintaining the overall project plan, managing progress against the plan to ensure that the project remains on track, and reporting risks and issues to the Project Steering Committee and Stakeholders as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Change management
  • Project manage the project to the agreed time, cost, benefit, and quality
  • Create and maintain all project documentation (charter, plans, risk and issue logs etc.)
  • Establish and facilitate effective project governance
  • Lead and coordinate the cross-functional project team, across multiple locations and time zones
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pro-actively identify and manage risks; provide insight and guidance on resolving issues; escalate as needed
  • Create and present regular project status (or highlight) reports to the Project Steering Committee and Stakeholders
  • Challenge the status quo where appropriate
  • Support the gathering and documentation of clear business requirements for our technology teams
  • Ensure the successful delivery of robust operational processes to deliver best practice
  • Manage the transition from current to future state (both business process and technology systems)
  • Ensure adherence to contractual and commercial obligations
Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
  • Strong project manager with a proven track record in delivering successful business change management programmes
  • Experience of managing projects with a high level of technology involvement (including Warehouse Management Systems and SAP)
  • Strong planning, time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Confident in delivering solutions and taking ownership
  • Strong communication skills with ability to manage, motivate, and influence at different levels both within an organization and externally
  • Able to develop high quality professional documentation
  • High level attention to detail
  • Expert problem solver
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Recognised project management qualification advantageous (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
  • Prague based or happy for regular travel to Prague
  • English and Czech speaking
