About the Business / Function

The mission of IT is to provide both strategic IT vision and enterprising solutions for all Business Areas, so they can meet their goals, deliver results, and enhance the company’s position. We strive to provide reliable systems and IT support that enables employees to work, wherever and whenever, in a way that is as cost efficient and secure as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build awareness of digital products (mobile apps and web portals) internally as well as externally in the global market, introduce the product, and provide trainings to other company departments and external clients.
  • Drive the global rollout of our products, achieving adoption and usage goals.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest appropriate ideas for improvement
  • Report on key product performance metrics
  • Answer questions and support requests from end-users, assist with release activities
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow and sales processes, create and maintain product documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Service Designer and product delivery team
  • Job requirements

    To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient English (C1), bilingual is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work cooperatively as part of an agile team, outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
