JOB DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced product owner to lead the charge on the mission of further growth of our enterprise Intelligent Automation Platforms. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in an area of business process automation, working with Intelligent Automation technologies like RPA, Intelligent OCR or Business Process Management.You will be integral to helping us build product vision and strategies across the Intelligent Automation Platforms which are strongly contributing to DPDHL digitalization strategy. YOUR WORK: •Collaborate with prospective business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements•Work in an Agile environment and continuously review and refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks•Create a product road map based on the defined requirements and priorities•Oversee all stages of products roadmap delivery including design and development•Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints•Develop user stories and monitor the product progress at each stage of the delivery process•Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements•Liaise with the platform technical stakeholders and business end-users to deliver updates and report progress•Review and validate functionality of application upgrades and implementations and report back on any problems•Identify new functionality and/or hardware requirements as assigned•Be responsible for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions to build relationships and accomplish day to day work•Complete documentation/flow charting of system builds and maintain team’s existing documentation independently. •Extract and document customer/business requirements and needs for use by enterprise architecture and engineering teams (network, system, and software) YOU SHOULD HAVE: •Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus•3+ years in product development •Product development of automation platforms is a plus•Track of record with at least one of the following automation technologies RPA (UiPath), Intelligent OCR (ABBYY), BPM (Bizagi), MS Power Platform•Experience with project management (certification is a plus)•In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies / DevOps•Aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking•Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills•Proficiency in MS Office•Great interpersonal skills•High intercultural experience (working across teams globally)•A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills•Fluent in English WE OFFER: •Internal and external trainings•Great team of professionals and possibility of development•Full support from colleagues during onboarding•Modern offices in Chodov next to metro station•Company car•Huge number of internal job opportunities within the company•Home office possibilities•Permanent contract•CAFETERIA employee benefit program with wide selection of benefits from Edenred•Extra week of holiday (25 days/year), 6 Self-sickness days/year, Full salary compensation for up to 10 days absence due to illness per calendar year, Lunch vouchers fully covered by company•Multisport card, mobile and laptop, fruit days, sport clubs for employees, Referral program…For more details do not hesitate to contact
