At Sanofi, Multiple Sclerosis Business unit we are responsible for leading portfolio of medicines to treat multiple sclerosis (MS). You will become a part of the team that is passionate about helping people with this disease to live life as normal and active as possible and to help healthcare professionals make the most informed decisions with patients. This position will take on a leadership role for marketing strategy and activities and work closely with other team members in Czech MS team.
The purpose of this role is to implement the marketing strategy for responsible products and also cross the MS portfolio in line with Global and MCO CSE strategy in order to maximize sales, market share and operating profitability of the product portfolio. Part of the responsibilities is to support and coordinate new product launches across all Sanofi Specialty Care CZ franchises and manage launch excellence planning process.
Strategy and planning
Monitor and understand market dynamics relevant for the product, forecast trends at the market
Based on market dynamics and product features, define strategic goals and develop relevant integrated brand plan with the brand team/ tactical plans/campaign plans
Forecast sales, A&P, and P&Ls for specified year projections, using patient models
Design, Drive and lead key marketing projects for the product portfolio including promotion/ communication plan and materials, Multichannel marketing, digital marketing and consumer marketing.
Support the Development of Stakeholders Engagement Plan & the different narratives
Effectively manage advertising and promotion budgets
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programmes, using set guidelines, and make recommendations for improvements within code of conduct guidelines
Product life cycle management
Prepare strategy & tactics to accompany MS portfolio life cycle management, including loss of exclusivity and new product launches.
Lead product launch strategy in agreement with local franchise management and global marketing department
Coordinate and implement product launch plans with cross-functional team (Franchise Heads, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, etc.)
Experience :Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in NeurologyProven track of successful performance at PM or other relevant positionsExperience with specialized, original products
Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, customer focused and result oriented approach, capable in organizing, self-motivated and proactive with strong entrepreneurial attitude, understanding of marketing principles and business needs
Education : University degree (Medicine / Life Science or equivalent is an advantage)
Languages : Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
