An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Product Line and Architect Lead – Data Governance, Quality and MDM  to join our growing Enterprise Data and Analytics competency. This role can be based in Prague or Lisbon.

Role responsibilities

  • Define & execute enterprise master data management strategy

  • Establish consistent metrics to measure the quality of (master) data and solutions 

  • Partner with business process owners as well as strategic vendors 

  • Define and own (master) data management principles and policies 

  • Constantly look for improvement opportunities to increase the value and adoption of master data services and capabilities 

  • Oversight to engineers with the focus on building the best team and talent

  • Role requirements

  • 10+ years of data management experience, including pharmaceutical experience 

  • Deep understanding of master data management, data governance, and related technologies 

  • Experience with master data management and data governance tools (Informatica, SAP, Tibco, InfoSphere MDM, Ataccama, Collibra, Alation) is highly desired 

  • Proven track-record of establishing and operationalizing data management capabilities and services 

  • Experience working in an agile IT environment is a plus 

  • Strong communication skills in English 

  • High level of accountability and self-drive
