Ryanair is currently recruiting for a PR and Marketing Manager for CEE region. The successful candidate will join our Sales, Marketing and International Comms department based in Prague.
The Role
As PR & Marketing Manager you will be reporting into our Head of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for promoting the Ryanair brand in your region. Our PR & Marketing managers are a key part of the Ryanair as we grow to 225+ million passenger by 2026.
You will be responsible for:
Increase passenger volumes and drive sales across routes.
Manage and deliver national and regional promotions.
Identify worthwhile sponsorship opportunities and manage big brand partnerships.
Identify and manage joint advertising opportunities.
Act as a spokesperson for Ryanair on all issues relating to the CEE region
Plan and deliver a programme of Marketing and PR activities for new routes and bases.
Co-ordinate weekly press conferences highlighting the importance of Ryanair (extensive travelling involved).
Gather and report key market intelligence to Ryanair management and ensure the team are up to date on all relevant market issues.
Identify, develop and grow relationships with media partners.
Liaise and meet with key local stakeholders including Governmental bodies, airports and politicians
Requirements
Strong Communications skills and media experience.
Commercial focus.
Strong knowledge of the political and economic situation in the region.
Fluent verbal and written English and Polish/Hungarian/Czech is essential. Fluency in other languages an advantage.
Close attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
Confident and upbeat personality.
Ability to multitask and an ability to work on own initiative.
