Personnel Administration Team Leader-(21000DHX)

We are an automotive supplier, a partner to all automakers worldwide. As a technological company, we design innovative products and systems that contribute to reduction of CO2 emissions and to development of automated driving. In our Research and Development center in Prague we employ seven hundred engineers. They are those who stand behind the latest systems of active safety (ADAS) and autonomous driving. What does it mean? Software, hardware engineers, together with mechanical designers, test and system engineers develop sensors and systems for safe and comfortable driving. Automated parking systems, automated emergency braking, blind spot detection and road sign recognition are just a few examples.

We are looking for an experienced personnel leader, who will join our Valeo Employee Services team in Prague.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

  • Responsibility for employees personal files management according the legislation and internal regulations
  • Responsibility for documentation and processes connected with start, course and termination of employment (starting documents, contracts, agreements, changes, salary letters, bonuses, benefits, departure documents
  • Responsibility for management of actual databases with personal and job data of employees 
  • Cooperation with state authorities: Labour Office, Health Ins. companies, Social Authority,
  • Planning, ensuring, monitoring and reporting of employees headcount
  • Preparation of data for further analysis
  • Responsibility for management and monitoring of specific tools of motivation/ stabilization and remuneration (Improvement Bonus, individual bonuses, mobility support, ..)
  • Responsibility for foreign employees agenda
  • Advantage: knowledge of the agenda related to the employment of foreigners
  • LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU…

  • High school/University Degree in HR is an advantage
  • Labour Code knowledge and connected legislation
  • HR processes knowledge
  • Autonomy, accuracy
  • Communication skills and empathy
  • Manager skills , team player
  • English language – communicative level
  • Driving license
