Job Description:

  • Resolve basic platform issues in Salesforce Interaction Studio (training provided)
  • Proposing and designing solutions for customer web (not only) interaction and automation of processes
  • Analyse, review business and technical requirements to be implemented in Salesforce Interaction Studio
  • Advise on strategies for multichannel activities including personalization / dynamic content, advanced segmentation, 360 customer journey
  • Running demo sessions for the new clients / onsite workshops / training for the clients
  • Core team member of the project execution.
  • Qualifications:

  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
  • Solid background in analysing and designing multichannel customer journeys
  • Communicating skills for translating business requirements to common IT language.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills – Must haves!!
  • Experience with Salesforce cloud would be helpful but not essential – Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud as well.
  • Experience with either personalisation tools as Thunderhead / Everage / Boxever / Exponea / Dynamic Yield a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with writing functional documentation
  • Advanced English
