Our People Analytics Manager will work on the implementation of sophisticated People Analytics solutions that will enable the use of advanced analytics to improve productivity, drive culture change and engagement.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Bringing critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions
•Executing People Analytics Programs (GLINT as well as passive analytics via Work-place Analytics and MyTime powered by MyAnalytics) in the defined scope, time-line and quality.
•Communicating insights to key partners and influencing teams to take action based on your recommendations
•Aligning and integrating with other relevant People & Organisation initiatives and processes
•Partnering with People & Organisation on building relevant people analytics value
•Ensuring relevant partner engagement, involvement, communication and trans-formations for all People Analytics Programs
•Ensuring programs are endorsed by Data Privacy, Works Councils and other relevant bodies
•Performing data driven experiments and operating in an agile environment
What you’ll need:
•Degree in a relevant field (MBA, I/O Psychology, statistics or social science) or equivalent meaningful experience
•Experience in the People Analytics space
•Experience with inferential statistics and research methods (correlations, regressions, t-tests, research design)
•Strong demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated organisation, understand business needs and interact with senior level business partners
•Understanding of Advanced Analytics; translation of ambiguous problems into structured questions and hypotheses, identifications of key drivers and creation of robust business cases
•Ability and eagerness to learn new tools and skills without direction
•Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Nice to have:
•Experience with Data Analytics tools (R, excel) – Python is a plus
•Candidates with Workforce Planning Analytics or Organisation Network Analytics experience are especially encouraged to apply
