You´ll lead a team up to 10 people, servicing either portfolio of clients or one sole major client (2000+ records).

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • You shall be responsible that the quality of payroll service meets the expectations and the SLA with client(s) is being fulfilled
  • You´ll be the advisor and most senior expert for the team of Accounts with different level of seniority and expertise
  • You must ensure that all inputs are submitted in time and proper quality for internal clients too (mainly Finance dept. and Reporting).
  • It shall be your duty to continuously oversee the outputs of your team members to make sure everything is being done according to given standards, norms and in line with GDPR
  • In cooperation with local HR you will help your team members to grow
  • Key requirements:

  • University degree or high school graduate (preferably in Finance/Economics)
  • 3 years experience in Czech payroll or knowledge of Labour Law (No. 262/2006) on a similar position
  • Communicative level of Czech and English language (verbal & written)
  • Stress management, ability to handle workforce planning of your team
  • Client-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to priorities and work to tight deadlines.
