Goals of Payroll Services Partner are to participate and manage high quality, centralized, standardized and automated payroll & time operations for the clients and end-users in an outsourced payroll service model. To help manager achieving operational excellence, user experience and integrated end-to-end delivery of P&O processes and systems within Novartis in line with local legal and statutory requirements. Interface between Cluster and Team Payroll Managers and further Payroll/ P&O functions to align on processes and support automation with cross country perspective

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive KPI numbers from payroll vendor, reporting to KPI dashboard, investigate improvements and payroll error lists, support country health check dashboard
  • Receive invoices from payroll vendor cross country, check invoices and report into Novartis systems
  • Support quarterly/ half year review of process maps, support payroll team leads in change management and step outs management, update process documentation and descriptions
  • Support and align NFCM controls and help to raise compliance standards/ controls
  • Training and development of payroll colleagues on new systems, processes and tools (train the trainer concept)
  • Adapt processes over countries with legal/ labor law understanding

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years relevant experience (payroll and process management)
  • In-depth HR/SAP system expertise
  • Communicating with different customer groups and with impact
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization
  • Good communication skills, leadership exposure
  • Payroll Operational excellence

You’ll receive:
