As the Payroll Executive you will work as a part of HR & Payroll Team. Your goal will be to ensure timely and quality payroll preparation and calculation, as well daily deliverables of excellent services to a portfolio of assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll processing and supervision of payroll agenda for allocated clients;
  • Formulate and administer approved payroll practices and ensure compliance with local regulations;
  • Act as overall coordinator on payrolls related matters for allocated companies;
  • Work independently in all HR & payroll related matters for allocated clients, co-operate with others departments;
  • Reports processing and review of the output and reports for clients done by assistants;
  • Provide training, reviews and appraises of assistants;
  • Keep up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation;
  • Review the monthly invoicing process.
  • Processing annual tax reconciliation agenda;
  • Monitoring of the changes in legislative concerning the payroll agenda;
  • Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues;
  • Other activities according to superiors (Senior Payroll Executive/Payroll Manager).
  • Key requirements

  • University degree or high school graduate (preferably in Finance/Economics);
  • Experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of Czech Labor Law;
  • Communicates effectively through written or verbal communication both in Czech and English;
  • Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software;
  • Experience in working in an international environment is a plus;
  • Action/initiative oriented;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Reliable and responsible and focuses on team goals;
  • Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
