Payroll Data Analyst supports the Payroll department to achieve the company goals, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards.

Key  responsibilities

  • Responsible for input and output payroll data analysis for allocated clients, with special focus on high volume clients: data quality analysis, data integrity analysis, completeness data analysis;
  • Supports payroll department to processes of all kinds of payroll reports to the clients: reporting quality analysis, reports setup, reporting effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Formulates and administer approved payroll reporting practices;
  • Acts as overall coordinator on payrolls reporting related matters for allocated companies/teams;
  • Communicates with clients, specifies reporting requirements, input and output data structure and quality;
  • Reports processing and review of the output and reports for clients;
  • Performs related duties per Supervisor’s/Manager´s request.
  • Key requirements

    Ideally, you are meeting following criteria:

  • High school graduate;
  • Communicative level of Czech and English language, both verbal and written (B2);
  • Experience in finance/payroll/accounting/compensation&benefit data analysis;
  • Good IT knowledge and excellent knowledge of MS Excel application;
  • Basic SQL knowledge;
  • Good understanding of CZ local payroll and accounting practices;
  • Ability to work with special payroll software.
