Operational Planning Specialist

Job Description


What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Hourly/shift/daily/weekly staff & capacity planning coverage for International warehousing fulfillment operations,
  • Monitoring & communication of KPIs (planning, but not limited to) with the operation,
  • Planning metrics prediction,
  • Daily plan communication to the operation,
  • Stock fulfillment planning,
  • Cross-departmental cooperation (S&OP, operations, onboarding, HR, external suppliers - temporary agencies)
  • Reporting and analytics preparation in the area of warehouse logistics

This is the right job for you, if you:

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in operational planning gained on the side of a logistics operator or production/distribution center
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Excel and Google tools
  • Present outstanding analytical and numerical skills coupled with data driven approach
  • You have experience in multinational companies with matrix management it will be an asset
  • You have determination in reaching goals
  • Are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
  • You are a great communicator who isn’t scared of speaking in public or in front of the camera
  • WMS knowledge will be an asset
  • Work effectively in Czech and English (desired B2)
