Responsible for the below Marketing/Medical Enablement activities:
Online Promotion Enablement – Support system Deployment
Email Campaign Management
SRT tool management for the above services
Supporting Marketing and Medical on delivering their tactical plans that involve all the Channel enablement services.
Leads channel Enablement services in markets:
Enables utilization of portals and websites for patients and/or HCPs to engage with promotional messaging, register to receive follow-on communications and/or access additional products and services.
Manages email communications to patients & HCPs using Blast Emails and Data-Driven Segmentation target list.
Drives campaign execution, monitoring and reporting, country channel governance
Manages SRT tool for CE Vertical services
Manages the allocation and monitoring of the free sampling in the market
Identifies opportunities for improving Channel Enablement service delivery through standardization, global guidance, and support for local needs. Ensure effective and compliant operationalization of Digital channels and campaigns across organization, responding flexibly to changing external digital trends and customer needs. Act as channel subject matter expert.
Demonstrate to internal customers the value of Channel Enablement services and drive positive customer satisfaction through results.
Experience leading through matrix working teams
Willingness and passion to work in an international environment with different cultures
Experience in building new working group aligned around complex new business needs
Demonstrated experience in change leadership and change management
Ability to measure and assess business outcomes of programs delivered
Strong passion for change and innovation and experience in creating better customer experiences all the time
Team collaboration spirit and strong ability to work as a single driver and contributor
Project management experience
Proficient in common technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Language skills: proficiency in English
Self-motivated and ability with experience in virtual working beneficial
