What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily office operations (development & implementation of office policies, order of office supplies, post services, management of corporate events and visits, etc.)

  • Provide support for Executive Directors (documentation handling, travel arrangements and other.)

  • Cooperate with Sales Team on the sales contracting process and archiving.

  • Initiate and safeguard the quality of the Customer Due Diligence Process.

  • Car Fleet management.

  • Administratively assist the HR department.

  • Cooperate with other company departments (accounting, legal, IT, etc.)

  • Your qualifications

  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills ensure the completion of multiple ongoing activities with high accuracy and efficiency.

  • Resourceful problem-solver with documented success in designing and implementing best practices and processes.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in an international corporation.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Very good knowledge of English and Czech / Slovak language verbally and in writing.

  • Computer proficiency, including a solid foundation in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
