Job Description:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this position, you will be responsible for administrative support for our office in Prague. You will be mostly focusing on:

  • Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail

  • Support for finance and HR issues

  • Organization and settlement of business trips

  • Welcoming guests

  • Manage business calendar, planning appointments

  • Manage and monitor the flow of documents

  • Ordering supplies of office materials

  • Organizing visits, meetings, and conferences (catering, hotels, taxi)

  • Caring for the professional image of the company

  • WHO YOU ARE?

    We are looking for a multitasking professional, ideally with some experience in a similar role, but we are also open to fresh graduates.

    What do you also need?

  • English and Czech proficiency

  • MS Office tools proficiency

  • Accuracy in performed tasks

  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
