Office Assistant
Job Description:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
In this position, you will be responsible for administrative support for our office in Prague. You will be mostly focusing on:
Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail
Support for finance and HR issues
Organization and settlement of business trips
Welcoming guests
Manage business calendar, planning appointments
Manage and monitor the flow of documents
Ordering supplies of office materials
Organizing visits, meetings, and conferences (catering, hotels, taxi)
Caring for the professional image of the company
WHO YOU ARE?
We are looking for a multitasking professional, ideally with some experience in a similar role, but we are also open to fresh graduates.
What do you also need?
English and Czech proficiency
MS Office tools proficiency
Accuracy in performed tasks
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
