JOB DESCRIPTION

The Position

Medical Education Coordinator is a member of the Medical Team in Roche Diagnostics Division, which provides support to the local Medical Team and coordinates the Medical Activities/ Events/ Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with execution of company’s medical education program/ trainings/ lectures towards Clinicians and Health Care Professionals („HCPs“)
  • Procures and coordinates the organizing agencies services/ medical events logistics/ pre- and post-event evaluations/ medical presentations and materials support
  • Provides on-site support at assigned medical events if necessary
  • Supports and coordinates internal processes and meetings of Medical Team (administrative support, tracking clinical and medical documents/ contracts/ grants/ minutes/ information/ updates)
  • Communicates with representatives of the secretariats of Medical Societies/ Medical Associations/ Medical Departments, including External Speakers and KOLs
  • Contributes to organizing and logistics of Scientific Advisory Boards
  • Supports the communication connected to Investigator Initiated Studies sites
  • Works with Roche internal approval systems for the medical activities in close cooperation with Legal, Regulatory, Clinician Promotion and Financial departments of Roche
  • Be aligned with local Regulatory and Quality Team and maintains all activities within good promotional practice, compliance and MedTech Code rules
  • Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives
  • Qualification:

  • High school graduation as a minimum education level
  • 3+ years of work experience within Marketing/ Medical environment
  • Requirements for successful candidate:

  • Experience in a similar position in Pharma or Diagnostics industry or working experience as Event Coordinator/ Project Coordinator/ Medical Team Assistant
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs
  • Analytic skills
  • Superior communication & organizational & negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Advanced level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Gsuite)
  • Fluent in Czech, English (oral and written)
  • Other languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel 20% in Czech Republic
