Within our Global Supply Chain Operations organization, the EMEA Logistics team is responsible for ensuring timely movement of our produced goods from factories across the globe to our end-customers in Europe.
Our team is responsible for managing HP products deliveries to our customers in Northern, Western and Central Europe. We are managing logistics providers , controlling turnaround times, cost and quality. We are also supporting our network transformation in HP’s dynamic Supply Chain by being an active part in the decision making.
We are a multinational team located in different European countries, knowledgeable and passionate about Logistics and HP. We like challenges and we like solving complex business situations to satisfy our customer.
What will we do together ?
As part of the team, you will support an experienced Logistics Operations Manager, and:
Monitor various KPIs (On Time Delivery, Turn-Around-Time, Quality, Cost, etc) for End-to-End delivery performance for your country and support identifying & driving corrective and preventive actions as required
Focus on customer needs and being supportive and flexible to the requirements of our customers and key stakeholders
Support internal stakeholder (Sales Ops/ Cust Ops) escalations and take active lead to resolve
Actively engage in and support weekly reviews and Monthly Operations Reviews.
Support a Subject Matter Expert role in the team by:
Creating deeper understanding of actual process and roles & responsibilities for this process
Mapping and documenting this process
Identify areas for improvement and discuss these with the actual SME, and if applicable, report out to management
Who are you ?
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and change embracer
Strong communication and presentation skills
Completing a Master in link with supply chain and/or logistics
Fluent in English
You have strong analytical skills and an eye-for-details
Able to work with remote teams
Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft office. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is a plus (PowerBI, Tableau etc..)
