Active participation in headquarters monthly calls (Corporate

Monthly legal reporting to Compliance Regional Manager
Proof-reading of training materials as per requests from headquarters
Coordination of legal documents translations for the region
Providing internal trainings & distributors trainings (both legal and
compliance areas)
Managing external legal services
Drafting / revision of internal regulations relevant to Legal / Compliance

Electronic signature administration in PostSignum
Company data box administration (mainly sending documents per
request of business colleagues)
Electronic archiving of contracts support (in CONTRACT, with help
from external part-time colleague)
Support of OCG Compliance function:
MAP activities processing – coordinator function (compliance approval, contracting, reconciliation & closeup of events)
Support of ad-hoc questions regarding MAP
Regular reporting of MAP deviations & violations to Regional MA Manager NAVEX Risk Rate – third party monitoring, compliance approval and administrative support of the system Quarterly update of Healthcare compliance local legal requirements for our region (needs external lawyer support in region) Grants processing support GDPR support as per headquarters requests (as Data Protection Coordinator)
Any ad-hoc compliance requests / enquiries as per request of
business colleagues or headquarters
Your qualification
Relevant degree in law or business or similar and qualified work
experience
Interest in compliance topics and issues and in business and legal affairs
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to express ideas
clearly, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
active knowledge of English
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain good working
relationships and work productively in a team environment
Strong working, ethical and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines,
prioritize and use time effectively to fulfil the set tasks
A unifying approach to interdisciplinary and international teams, coupled
with high persuasion and motivating skills
PC skills, advanced knowledge of office software (MS Office, Lotus Notes,
etc.)
