We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our People and Property team as a Learning and developmnet lead - someone who can independently cover mainly the following areas across Vodafone:
The position is part of the global team - Vodafone learning organisation, currently with a team of 2 subordinates locally. It is a role suitable for a person who dares to set and manage the development strategy for the whole Vodafone in the Czech Republic, will participate in global projects, can manage the budget of millions of crowns, will follow the latest trends in the field of development, but at the same time will not be afraid of daily executive agenda. Last but not least, we are looking for someone who will fit in Vodafone, who doesn't mind making fun of himself, who can work in the informal environment that Vodafone offers, but can also work within the processes that the corporate environment brings.
