What will your day look like?
GymBeam generates more than 90% of its turnover through D2C channels. In the past year we have verified the potential of our products for B2B partners and acquired players such as Alza, Dr. Max, Pilulka and many more. In the local markets of CEE, we have developed B2B sales for more than 200 smaller clients, such as fitness centers and various sports venues. We are now on the lookout for major B2B partners, and therefore, you will have two primary goals:
Acquisition of new B2B partners:
You will focus on acquiring big B2B partners in the retail as well as online world. To provide a couple of specific examples, we are talking about major retail chains, such as Lidl or Tesco, and online pharmacies, such as Pilulka or Dr.Max.
Our biggest markets are the Czech Republic and Slovakia; however, we are already on the lookout for new opportunities in other countries within the entire CEE region (Poland, Hungary, Romania and so on). If you are eager to use your communication & language skills on an international level, this role will definitely help you develop your career as a B2B expert.
Key Account Management for existing B2B partners:
Once you have closed the deal and acquired new clients, you will play a crucial role in deepening existing partnerships to secure GMV growth.
You will continuously search for new opportunities that will be mutually beneficial for GymBeam as well as our B2B clients.
You will constantly evaluate key sales indicators as well as product/customer data on a regular basis which will allow you to drive implementation of new products.
Who are we looking for?
Experience with acquisition of new B2B partners. You have a proven track recording of building solid sales pipelines, approaching new partners, drafting a presentation and formalizing a contract;
Experience with (key) account management for existing B2B partners and having a solid track record of improving GMV growth;
If you have experience with B2B retail sales and are knowledgeable about the Czech and/or Slovak market, it is an advantage;
Fluent in English (B2-C1); additional European language is a huge PLUS, especially Polish, Hungarian or Romanian;
Excellent analytical and data literacy skills that enable you to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to drive and expand our B2B activities;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
