1+ years related experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management);
Experience in iGaming industry is a plus;
A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus;
Strong communication skills;
Fluent in Czech and English is a must.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing existing brands and increasing their overall performance;
Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients;
Develop and implement better game positions;
Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information;
Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients;
