About the role: The Account Manager is responsible for: ensuring ITS meet the needs of the DHL Global Forwarding & Freight (DGFF) business, managing relationships with Business Colleagues and the end-to-end sales, quotations and order lifecycle. The Account Manager develops new business opportunities and encourages IT Services to deliver the development and enhancement of services, products and systems, based on DGFF business requirements. The Account Manager reports to Executive Account Manager (EAM) and supports in achieving department budgets and business growth targets.
