For our Data Driven Design group, we are looking for a Junior / Mid UX Designer. We are a team of people driven by a strong passion to re-imagine the digital experiences around us. If you are a creative with an analytical mind, ready to build outstanding UX and UI – apply now!
In this role you will be:
- Working with clients, cross-functional project teams and senior designers to translate user goals into digital experiences and shape the evolving vision of the product;
- Developing user personas and user scenarios;
- Conducting user interviews and usability testing, and translating findings and feedback into product enhancements throughout the iterative process;
- Creating low fidelity wireframes, sitemaps and screen flows;
- Designing high fidelity wireframes and building interactive prototypes;
- Collaborating with the UX project team and the broader DDD group to contribute to building our astounding portfolio of digital experiences and strengthening our UX / UI competency.
What we see in a great candidate:
- A portfolio of projects with at least 1 case study (a must have: please include your portfolio along with the CV when applying</strong>);
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, B2 or higher (essential);
- 1+ years of commercial experience in UX and UI design;
- A solid understanding of UX process, methodologies and latest trends in UI design;
- Experience creating high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes;
- Proficiency in at least one of the leading design programs (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.);
- Exceptional care for detail, clarity and aesthetics;
- Great communication skills.
These additional ‘nice to haves’ will make you stand out:
- Experience conducting user research and client-designer workshops;
- Solid awareness of business metrics and experience designing business applications and data analytics driven products;
- Experience working in scrum teams and agile methodologies.
