Our team

To our IT Operations team, we are looking for Senior Systems/Server Administrator who will be responsible for servers’ administration HW / OS – primarily Prague, Ostrava, Brno, Bratislava but will also work as a part of the Global team to support appropriate initiatives.

Responsibilities and job description

  • Responsible for servers’ administration HW / OS – primarily Prague, Ostrava, Brno, Bratislava but will also work as a part of the Global team to support appropriate initiatives.
  • Plan and implement any improvement, modification, or replacement of servers’ infrastructure components as per global mandate.
  • Manage & Monitor servers’ performance parameters across the organization’s.
  • Plan and execute servers’ back-up and servers’ level DR tests
  • Monitor Servers’ capacity to determine its effect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing system demands.
  • Prepare servers’ uptime and utilization reports as part of the monthly metrics.
  • Interact with servers’ vendors providing services like software and equipment support.
  • Interact with internal & external customer for client servers’ connectivity related activities.
  • Work closely with local IT team and interact with global IT teams, CISO team for servers’ security activities.
  • Managing & Maintaining respective process and inventory documentation

Required skills


  • Hands on experience in:
    • Configuring and troubleshooting of MS Active Directory and MS AZURE Active Directory
    • Building / working with PowerShell scripts
    • Configuring and troubleshooting of back-up and data storage systems (RAID)
    • Managing multiple OS platforms Windows / Linux
    • Managing MS Exchange
    • Managing VMware vSphere, vCenter, VCSA and ESXi hosts
    • L1 and L2 support for PC Support team
  • Experience in Documenting servers’ designs and device configurations
  • Knowledge of server level DR/BCP procedures
  • Awareness of various security standards like ISO 27001 and servers related controls.
  • Ability to work in multi-location, multi-cultural environment

Desired Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
  • MS certificates (Advantage)
  • Linux certificates (Advantage)
