We are seeking a Junior Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team at Danone Group. The Junior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our products in order to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Main responsibilities and KPIs:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, gaps and opportunities
• Conduct price sensitivity analysis to ensure that prices remain attractive to customers and profitable for the company
• Regularly monitor pricing performance, sales trends, and market share to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools that support pricing strategy development and execution
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that pricing decisions are effectively communicated and implemented

Ideal profile:

• Agile person
• Strong analytical and basic negotiation skills
• Advanced in excel and power point
• Power Query and BI management skills preffered
• Intermediate level in presentation skills
• Fluency in Czech & English
• Desire to learn and ability to adapt to fast pace enviroment
