Junior Executive Assistant


  • Providing organizational support to Senior Team members
  • Proactively managing calendars, meetings, travel and ad hoc requirements
  • Handling appointments and travel planning
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Compiling time sheets, travel expenses, and other expense reports in a timely manner
  • Managing and updating contact information
  • Build and cultivate relationships, within BCG and with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients’ assistants

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
