As a Business Process Assistant you will become part of our team in Slubice/Cologne/ Aachen or Heerlen.
This is a permanent full-time job
Your field of responsibility will be: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers/ end users regarding internal ERP 
  • System business process workflow
  • Performing remote troubleshooting diagnostic problems
  • Guiding the end user through the problem solving
  • Following up and update user on status and information of issues reported
  •  Assistance in optimization of business processes.
  •  Manage additional duties and assignments as requested

  •  Business education (Informatics, Business Analytics, Data science) -is preferred but not mandatory
  •  Experience with customer service in an international work environment is preferred but  not  mandatory  Sound  knowledge  of  Office  365  and  SQL  basic  scripting  is preferred but not mandatory
Key Skills and competencies:
  •  communication skills- verbal and written. Fluent English skills.
  •  Problem analysis and problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy.
